GUOMAT GF40/60-1 is produced by GUOMAT factory.GUOMAT air spring GF40/60-1 double scroll airbag can completely replace contitech FS 22-3 DI CR; the technical parameters of GUOMAT GF40/60-1 are the same as contitech FS 22-3 DI CR, indicating GUOMAT GF40/60-1 gasScroll industrial air springs will not use internal flexible parts of molded beads.The number of rubber bellows is 25, and the flexible piece is connected to the end of the bracket by clamping the material between the top plate and the bottom plate, and then adjusting it to a suitable diameter.
The Composition Of Industrial Convoluted Air Spring Element Has The Following Aspects
❶Nut / Blind Nut – As well a permanent part of the Cover Plate assembly. Provides an alternative to bolt installation system. It is inside defect within the iron plate
❷ Gas Hole / Air inlet / Air Fitting – Most usually 1/4 N.P.T. which provides the air entrance to the rubber bellows.
