How To Install The Air Shock Absorber On Car
1) Before installing the air spring, apply lubricating rubber (tire lubricating rubber) evenly on the upper and lower bases of the spring to reduce friction when installing a new air spring and protect the air spring and its contact position from damage.
2) Place the new air spring on a dry surface, hold the sides of the spring firmly with both hands, and press the spring down enough to fit the "upper and lower bases".
3) When installing, first combine the bottom of the air spring with the lower base, and then adjust the top of the spring to the upper base. When the air spring is substantially between the upper and lower bases, the air valve is opened to allow the spring to expand, and maintenance personnel need both hands to stabilize. Prevent excessive displacement of the body.
4) After 10-15 seconds of inflation, the air spring expands. At this point, spray the foam on the projectile and double check that the newly installed air spring is well sealed and the projectile is not damaged. If there are no problems, the vehicle will operate normally after installation.
