GUOMAT Air Spring Structure
1. It is a rubber element, a flexible body formed by vulcanizing a cord layer, an inner and outer rubber layer, or a wire ring. It achieves its elastic function through the compressibility of the filled air. Commonly known as air spring, rubber airbag, airbag, etc.
2. The rubber air spring, base, socket (piston), and seal are integrated into the overall shape of the sealed cavity.
3. Depending on the shape, it can be divided into three categories: capsule, film, and shell. There are four types of sealing structures: pressure self-sealing, flange clamping, ring seal, and mixed type.
4. The load of the air spring shock absorber is mainly borne by the cord. The cord layer mainly consists of two layers, while products with special requirements consist of four layers of cord. The inner rubber primarily serves a sealing function and, in addition to the sealing function of the outer rubber, also fulfills a protective function.
